The video is very funny, literally i was rolling on the floor. Starboy was at his hood in surulere freestyling on a beat made by Qbitz (follow on twitter: @Qbitz) which Wizzy later used on his album for the track "SHOUT OUT". Apparently he is High, and he was just spitting. Funny Video, Enjoy!
