MTN To Bring Busta Rhymes & His Flipmode Squad To Perform In Ghana Again. Yes Again!!!

Certain concert moments in Ghana are burned into our collective memory: Jay Z Live in Ghana, Sean Paul in live in Ghana, Boyz II Men, Kevin Little, are a few to mention.

So in honor of MTN ’s 2nd year anniversary, MTN is bring down Busta Rhymes and his whole Flip Mode Squad.

For now everybody hopes for great performances and classic moments from our local artistes that Charter House has chosen, but there’s no doubt that on Saturday, September 12, there will be some jaw-dropping, head-scratching moments at the Accra International Conference Center.

Ghana Music.com can’t wait for a new batch of classic moments from Sarkodie, Okyeame Kwame, Tic Tac and Kweku T & D Black plus the General Busta Rhymes and his Flip Mode Squad.

Arguably, this can be said as the biggest hip-hop concert so far. Busta Rhymes message to his Ghanaian Music fans on 2131, “Hey yo Ghana waz good, it’s your boy, Bussa Bus, the General of the Flip Mode movement, aka Busta Rhymes aka Bust Down Something, Flip Mode is the movement…we coming thru this Saturday, September 12th 2009, live in Accra for the biggest show or party.

We gon smash it…we gon tear it down. This is our first time in Ghana ever. So come thru. You definitely ain’t gon wanna miss dis. Let’s go.” Busta Rhymes said.

And if that isn’t enough Ghana Music.com has got for you, it’s also been confirmed that the fastest rapper, Sarkodie aka Obidi ponbidi is on bill. Sarkodie is no stranger to freestyle, so he should feel right at home when he joins forces with the Flip Mode Squad to perform versions of Busta Rhymes biggest hits.

Okyeame Kwame has always proved that he is a bonafide lyricist and if you want to hear more of his lyrics just go get the 80GHC ticket. There is something endearing about seeing Okyeame Kwame, one of hiplife’s biggest stars at the peak of his career, showing off what he believes is the next generation.

Kwame has always brought the house down with fiery versions of his hit single, “Woso”.

Tic Tac will take the stage to sing “Bosoe,” the latest single off his new album whom has also been confirmed as performers. He is touted as Ghana’s Busta Rhymes and expected to rap on stage with Busta Rhymes.

Love or hate Kweku T & D Black but for now they are making heavy presence on the Ghanaian music industry for some months now from their Target Practice album.
